I see that there is a db engine rule that alerts on event id 18461, which is
triggered by starting the db instance in single user mode, but only for SQL
2000 db engine objects. Is this not a rule in SQL 2005?

Hi Ben,

You will have to look in the SQL MP guide and see if there is any information
about this. You can also export the MP and search the XML file for 18461.

Hi Ben,

Ok, if you cant find anything about it, even after you have export the MP
and search the XML file. Then maybe you need to create a new rule on your
own to monitor that event.
